Jasmine McDade is the Founder and Lead Consultant of JM Consulting. She brings pastoral insight, organizational strategy, and lived ministry experience to her work with churches and faith-based organizations.
Jasmine has served in a variety of ministry leadership and operational roles, supporting churches through vision planning, youth ministry development, organizational realignment, and community-focused initiatives. Her work is shaped by a deep understanding of the realities churches face—limited capacity, changing dynamics, and the need for systems that honor both people and purpose.
